Cancelation Policy

Employment Success is committed to providing the best service possible to our customers.

If you need to cancel your order on our Employment Success website. We will issue a full refund of all fees paid, provided that you contact us within 48 hours of the date of purchase, and we have not given you a slot in our calendar. If you would like to cancel after 48 hours of purchase, provided you have not given us a date and time to contact you, you will be charged at the total rate if your details have prevented us from booking another customer into that slot.

 

Please understand that slots are always busy; if you have taken one and have not used it, we cannot book anyone else for that slot. Such is the nature of our work. Finally, if you are unhappy with the services provided by Employment Success, we will do our best to make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of your purchase, and we will work to resolve any issues.
